Just a little bit about myself...
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Colorado for 16 years and have the GRI designation - Graduate of the Realtor Institute. I attended Lake Superior State University, with a focus in Accounting, and have 20 years of accounting background.

After becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker, I continued my real estate education. With a commitment to performing at a higher level of professionalism and to providing superior service to my clients, I completed two years of study in areas of finance, law, business development, fair housing, contracts, environmental issues and Arbitration and Mediation after which I received my GRI designation. This has enabled me to better serve my clients and protect them in what is often the biggest investment of their lives.

A Denver resident for the past 17 years, I previously lived in Seattle WA, Livermore CA, Mississippi and Michigan where I spent time flying small airplanes and sailing on Lake Michigan. Married to an engineer/writer and with a daughter who recently graduated college and is working on her career, I often spend my spare time working on our horse property, riding and assisting in Therapeutic Riding.

Residential properties are my specialty. I work all areas including urban, suburban, and rural properties, and as an avid Equestrian, I also enjoy working with horse properties. I understand the components important to Buyers and Sellers and I enjoy the challenges of bringing all the pieces together to create the successful purchase or sale for my clients.

In our office, I coordinate and audit our real estate transactions, working closely with the Colorado Real Estate Commission to insure our office operates within the highest standards set by the Commission.

Often my clients are personal referrals and there are no words to express my appreciation for this. Regardless of the source, I will always work to the best of my ability to provide the highest level of expertise thus enabling my clients to successfully market their properties or find their dream home.
